Proven ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex performance and connectivity issues Proven experience with Cisco Secure Firewalls (FTD/FMC), ISE, and 802.1x authentication, including device access troubleshooting on network switches Evaluate and integrate new communications technologies to enhance network performance, security, and scalability Responsible for creating network diagrams using Microsoft Visio Responsible for documenting network design and creating Standard Operating Procedures for installation and configuration of network devices Maintain current knowledge of evolving network and automation technologies Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship when needed Linux system administration (RedHat Enterprise) preferred Configure and administer Cisco routers, switches, secure firewalls, and ISE for identity-based access control and 802.1x authentication Excellent communications skills and ability to interact with both clients and teammates Required Qualifications: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
