Throughout the program, Fellows will work alongside experienced ICU nurses while rotating through ChristianaCare's specialized critical care environments, including: Neuro Critical Care Complex Surgical Critical Care Complex Cardiovascular Critical Care Complex Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Wilmington Intensive Care Unit Progressive Care, Step-Down, and Transitional Care Units Upon successful completion, participants will join ChristianaCare's ICU Float Pool, providing critical support across multiple specialty care areas. Who Should Apply? This fellowship is designed exclusively for experienced Registered Nurses who aspire to transition into critical care nursing. Qualifications: BSN required BLS certification required ACLS certification required Minimum of two years of nursing experience required Please note: New graduate nurses are not eligible for this fellowship. Selected participants will commit to approximately two years of service within ChristianaCare's ICU Float Pool following successful completion of the program. Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
