Our team of experts will treat and monitor patient health with the highest level of care. Our Hospital Care at Home services include: A care team comprises physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, paramedics, and registered nurses. Education & Experience: RN License in Delaware or a Compact State BSN preferred or committed to acquiring BSN within 3 years of the hire date. A minimum of three years of med/surg experience as an RN is required. Critical Care experience is a plus. BLS required.
