What we look for:
- You set the strategic direction and lead the further development of the Digital Strategy & Execution Team together with the management team.
- You own market development, customer acquisition, key client relationships, portfolio prioritization, staffing, delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- You shape and oversee the most complex strategy, transformation, and implementation engagements across growth, go-to-market, commercial performance, cost efficiency, process optimization, operating models, digital transformation, and AI.
- You act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and shape long-term transformation agendas, strategic decisions, and value creation.
- You set the overall approach for turning business needs into strategies, initiatives, business cases, KPIs, roadmaps, and measurable implementation outcomes.
- You drive the development of AI capabilities and scalable approaches for opportunity assessment, use-case prioritization, governance, operating models, and implementation.
- You develop new services, thought leadership, methods, strategic partnerships, and the firm’s market position based on client needs and market trends.
- You set standards for quality, governance, delivery, profitability, and scalable ways of working across the team.
- You build the leadership pipeline, attract top talent, strengthen the team culture, and develop future leaders in collaboration with People & Culture.
- You represent OMMAX externally and build senior relationships across clients, partners, industry networks, and relevant events.
What we require:
- You hold an excellent university degree in management, business, economics, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- You bring extensive experience in strategy, transformation, digital, AI, or related fields, together with strong leadership experience.
- You have a strong track record of leading and scaling high-performing teams, complex engagements, and client relationships.
- You bring deep expertise across strategy, growth, commercial performance, cost efficiency, operating models, digital transformation, and AI.
- You have experience owning market development, key accounts, business development, delivery, and profitability.
- You combine strategic and commercial judgment with a pragmatic, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- You communicate confidently and persuasively with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- You are motivated to build lasting client impact, strong teams, and OMMAX’s business.
- You are fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
