Position Summary

As Development Analyst (m/f/d), you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of logistics real estate development projects across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in the full development lifecycle—from feasibility and design coordination through construction monitoring and project handover.
Working closely with experienced Development Managers, internal teams, and external partners, you will help keep projects on track, contribute to clear reporting and analysis, and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills and confidence grow.

Key Responsibilites

Project Support & Delivery

  • Support Development Managers in the coordination and delivery of logistics real estate projects.
  • Assist across different project stages, including feasibility, planning, design, permitting, construction, and handover.
  • Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, status updates, and decision materials.
  • Help monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and key milestones.

Development Coordination

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and technical advisors under the guidance of senior colleagues.
  • Support technical due diligence, design development, and planning processes.
  • Track open items, follow up on actions, and ensure information flows smoothly between stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the preparation and review of project schedules, cost overviews, and development trackers.

Commercial & Analytical Support

  • Support feasibility analyses, investment materials, and internal approval documents.
  • Assist with budget tracking, cost comparisons, tender documentation, and procurement processes.
  • Collect, structure, and analyse project data to support informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to project business plans and regular development reporting.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams such as Asset Management, Technical Asset Management, Legal, and Finance.
  • Support communication with external advisors, consultants, service providers, and local authorities.
  • Prepare meeting materials and follow up on agreed next steps.

Construction & Project Monitoring

  • Support site visits, construction progress reviews, and project update meetings.
  • Help monitor quality, safety, programme, and cost-related topics.
  • Prepare clear project updates and highlight potential risks or delays to senior team members.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Ideally 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate development, construction, project management, consulting, or a related environment.
  • First exposure to development, construction, planning, or technical project processes is an advantage.
