Dazzle is a rapidly fast-growing tech led commercial cleaning company that prides itself on exceptional customer care and that values its employees hugely. We are looking for an experienced cleaning Supervisor operative to join our clients in London.

Responsibilities and Duties split between senior supervisor and cover cleaner
- Most importantly Cover cleaners sick /holiday days where required this will be 80% of the job role
- Be available to pick up keys from offices/HQ and drop off to cleaners
- Meet, greet and train cleaners on their first clean
- Run a H&S (Health and Safety) check with the cleaners
- Explain company policies
- Train cleaners on how to use our App time sheet system
- Run spot checks across ALL client sites to make sure cleans are being are to a top level
- Liaise with clients on any account requirements and resolve conflicts with our backend teams
- Occasionally purchase equipment and drop off to any client sites
- On occasions you will need to take on the cleans yourself, this is critical and we need a person to pull their sleeves up and deliver!
Must have:
- Be flexible with your hours working 4 x hours per evening
- General working knowledge of Health and Safety, COSHH and PPE - essential
- Minimum of 1 years Supervisory cleaning - essential
- Previous experience of supervising people is essential
- Applicants must possess competent communication and written skills and able to use mobile Apps, Excel spreadsheets etc
- A good hard working attitude
- Excellent customer service skill
- Great attention to detai
- Ability to manage mixed personalities calmley and diplomatically
- Mobile phone with data & WhatsApp
- Have a advanced DBS certificate
- You will be someone that can get on with people and that can build relationships with cleaning teams, clients and back end management teams
- You will be the cleaning teams go to person/mentor
- You don't mind taking reguler instructions and reporting to management on a daily basis by video or audio calls.
- Ability to work under pressure

- Initially, this will be for 4 hours per evening, in return we will offer a generous £1040 per month GROSS SALARY. PLUS any overtime to top up your hours.
There is also scope for a Senior Supervisor position after year 1.
