Job Title: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to promote professional growth and development
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
- Develop and maintain HR records and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tourism and hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, laws, and best practices
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
