Your tasks:
- Carrying out production planning
- Monitoring capacity and controlling the individual work areas and machines
- Customer order scheduling / disposition control
- Detailed planning for the necessary daily cycle
- Recognising deviations in various phases and initiating measures
- Collaboration in the definition of target times and involvement in make or buy decisions
- Managing and adapting dummy orders for capacity planning
- Coordinating with strategic procurement, PLP and development for the long lead items
- Preparing key figures and overviews of capacity utilisation, productivity, etc.
- Optimising processes in your own area and collaborating on internal projects
How you convince us:
- Completed apprenticeship in the technical field, further training in process management
- At least two years of professional experience in the metal construction industry or in mechanical engineering
- At least two years of experience in production planning and control
- In-depth knowledge of ERP software, Excel applications and quality management systems
- Very good German and good English skills
- Experience in regulated industries such as aviation, medical technology, automotive or similar
- Flexible, resilient and a team player
- Structured way of working
