- Develop, implement and maintain leading-edge analytics systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks

- Developing dashboards, reports and visualizations. This involve creating interactive and visually appealing representations of data that facilitate easy comprehension. These dashboards and reports often highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics.
- Identifying trends and patterns to provide actionable recommendations to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. This involve adopting analytical techniques to detect correlations, anomalies and emerging trends that might impact the business.
- Assist Digital Business Partner and stakeholders to translate their needs and priorities into digital and technology pipelines and projects.
- Assist Digital Business Partner in developing project plans, goals, schedules, budgets and resource utilization management. Provide assistance in organizing and managing all phases of the IT Initiative project to ensure on-time completion and successful deployment.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience mining data as a business intelligence analyst or data analyst
- Proven analytical skills, including mining, evaluation and visualization
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports and presentations
- Proficiency in programming experience with frameworks including ETL, XML and JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS
- Practical experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages and tools including Excel, SPSS and SAS, Tableau, Power BI and Power Query
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or Statistics
- Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) and Microsoft Power BI Certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights clearly and compelling, translating technical findings into language that non-technical stakeholders can easily understand.
