The Opportunity
Daft.ie is Ireland's leading property marketplace, connecting hundreds of thousands of home movers with estate agents and developers every day. As part of Distilled, we're investing in deeper, more strategic relationships with the people and organisations that shape the Irish property market, from individual agencies to the industry bodies that represent the profession.
We're looking for an Industry Partnership Director to build and lead Daft's relationships across two connected fronts: the industry bodies that set the agenda for Irish property (IPAV, SCSI and others) and our key commercial customers — major estate agency groups and new homes developers.
This is a relationship-first role for someone who genuinely enjoys the work of building trust with senior people and turning that trust into commercial and strategic outcomes. You'll be the face of Daft at industry events and conferences, a trusted advisor to our most important agents and developers, and an internal voice ensuring their needs shape our product and commercial strategy.
How you’ll play your part
Industry Bodies & Market Presence
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with IPAV, SCSI and other key property industry bodies, positioning Daft.ie as an engaged and trusted industry partner
Securing Daft.ie's presence and voice at major property events, conferences and awards throughout the year
Representing Daft.ie externally, building the company's reputation and credibility within the wider property industry
Key Customer Relationships
Owning and growing relationships with Daft.ie's most strategic customers, including large estate agency groups and major developers
Acting as a trusted partner to senior decision-makers, understanding their business goals and helping them get the most value from Daft.ie
Developing commercial opportunities, including vendor-paid advertising and tailored partnership solutions
Delivering strategic account reviews and performance insights to key customers
Cross-Functional Impact
Bringing customer and industry insight back into the business to inform product, marketing and commercial strategy
Collaborating closely with the Account Management, Product, Marketing and Distilled leadership teams
Tracking and reporting on relationship health, including customer satisfaction and NPS across key accounts
What you’ll need to Thrive Here
You’re a genuine relationship builder — energised by getting to know people, understanding what matters to them, and earning long-term trust
Excellent track record of managing and growing relationships with senior stakeholders
Confident representing the brand publicly — at industry events, with the press, and in front of senior external stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience applying data and insight to strategic client conversations
A Strategic mindset, that balances long-term relationship building with commercial delivery
Experience in the property industry is preferrable
