The Role:
Manage and lead a team of deli and bakery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards.
Train new employees on deli/bakery procedures, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to provide exceptional service.
Collaborate with the management team to develop promotions, pricing strategies, and new product offerings.
