Requirements
- French C2 and English B2 or higher.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM/ticketing systems.
- Organized, customer-focused, proactive, flexible, and resilient.
