Our Workplace AI team operates and evolves the enterprise platforms that enable employees to use generative AI securely and effectively. ChatGPT Enterprise is our primary platform. Microsoft Copilot Agent Builder and SharePoint Agents currently represent a smaller part of our service portfolio.
We are looking for an AI-affine system administrator who combines solid enterprise platform-management experience with curiosity about artificial intelligence and its rapidly evolving capabilities.
What to do:
Administer and continuously improve ChatGPT Enterprise as the primary platform within our Workplace AI service.
Manage platform configurations, workspaces, roles, access models, user groups, feature controls and administrative policies.
Support identity and access-management integrations, including SSO, automated provisioning and group-based authorization.
Work closely with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and related Digital Workplace services.
Support the administration of Microsoft Copilot Agent Builder and SharePoint Agents.
Assess new platform releases and technical features, test changes and support their controlled introduction into production.
Investigate platform issues using available logs, diagnostics, configuration data and vendor-support channels.
Provide business-hours L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests and technical problems.
Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, operating procedures, support guides and recovery instructions.
Support API-based integrations and the controlled use of Model Context Protocol servers and other AI-platform interfaces.
Contribute to the technical design and governance of connectors, integrations and enterprise AI capabilities.
Collaborate with identity, Microsoft 365, network, security, data-protection and architecture teams.
Support platform monitoring, usage reporting, license management and capacity or consumption controls.
Coordinate complex issues and product improvements with OpenAI, Microsoft and other technology partners.
Identify opportunities to automate recurring administrative and operational activities.
You check these boxes:
At least three years of relevant experience in system administration, SaaS platform management, enterprise application operations or a comparable technical role.
Practical experience operating systems or cloud services in a complex enterprise environment.
Good understanding of identity and access management, including SSO, role-based access, groups and automated user provisioning.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration.
Understanding of APIs, authentication concepts, system integrations and technical troubleshooting.
Strong interest in artificial intelligence, generative AI platforms and their enterprise use cases.
Willingness to continuously learn as AI technologies, platform capabilities and operational requirements evolve.
Understanding of IT security, data protection, change management and operational controls.
Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, PowerShell, Python or automation tools is an advantage.
Experience with APIs, connectors, Model Context Protocol or AI-agent technologies is beneficial but not mandatory.
Familiarity with IT service-management processes and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira is an advantage.
Fluent English; German or Slovak is an advantage.

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2700,- gross per month for this full time position. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
