You will advise clients on the direct tax aspects of transactions, working on a variety of exciting and international assignments, including:
Carve-out and acquisition structuring
Due diligence
Integration of transactions (mergers, de-mergers, asset deals, etc.)
Tax modelling

We’re seeking an ambitious Analyst who:
Holds a Master’s degree in Law or Economics (An additional Master in Tax is a plus)
Is a team player eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and thrives on exposure to challenging projects
Has strong social, analytical, and curious problem-solving skills
Is fluent in Dutch, French, and English
