Job Description Maintaining and updating wholesale banking system parameters (19 applications). Running automated processes for statement and advice verification. Providing production support for systems used by business units and operations teams. Handling administrative and operational support activities within the division. Requirements: A Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field. Banking operations experience, especially in wholesale/corporate banking. Exposure to system parameter setup and maintenance. Knowledge of operational controls, statement generation, or transaction processing. Strong computer literacy and ability to work with banking systems. Experience with system maintenance, operational processing, and automation activities. Familiarity with production support and troubleshooting. Willingness to support weekend activities when needed.
