- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring responsiveness, trust, and strategic alignment.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, budget, and goals.
- Regularly meet with clients to discuss their requirements and explain how our plans align with their objectives.
- Balance both retention and growth, with a clearly defined goal related to revenue growth.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed about relevant updates, changes, and opportunities.
- Proactively share valuable insights and unique perspectives to help improve clients' business.
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor who genuinely wants to help clients succeed.
- Maintain comprehensive customer records, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Preferably, at least 2 years of work experience in Sales or as an Account Manager within a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Knowledge of market dynamics in financial services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
- Results-driven and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel and visit clients as needed.
- Willing to work at the designated Linknet office
