Nasoft is hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a Production House in Saudi Arabia that is expanding its services by launching a dedicated Performance Marketing division.
We're looking for a results-driven Senior Performance Media Buyer with extensive experience managing high-budget campaigns and optimizing performance across multiple advertising platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding SAR 100,000, ensuring maximum campaign performance and profitability.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate (CVR), and Revenue.
- Develop data-driven media strategies, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve campaign results and deliver actionable insights to clients through regular performance reports and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising opportunities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying.
- Hands-on experience in the Saudi market is a Must.
- Experience managing performance campaigns for E-commerce brands using Salla, Zid, or WordPress CMS platforms.
- Proven experience managing high monthly advertising budgets (SAR 100K+ or equivalent) across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Strong expertise in campaign optimization and performance analysis, with a proven ability to improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate (CVR), and Revenue.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), conversion tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills with experience managing multiple client accounts.
