Your Roadmap to Success As Service Manager, you will run the fixed operations strategy and set the standard for service quality: Lead & Mentor: Recruit, coach, and inspire a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff to achieve top-tier productivity and customer retention. Drive Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day workshop flow, monitor shop capacity, optimize labor efficiency, and oversee warranty management.
