What you’ll do This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, coaching and mentoring educators, sharing knowledge and building team confidence. Support the Centre Director with daily operations and leadership. Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring and support to educators across the rooms. Work alongside teams to strengthen practice and build educator confidence. Mentor and inspire educators to deliver high-quality care and education. Build strong relationships with children, families and the community. Support NQF compliance, curriculum planning and continuous improvement. Step into the Centre Director role when required. What you’ll bring Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher). Current Queensland Blue Card. Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and Child Protection legislation.
