Coordinating the implementation of new client pricing agreements by preparing clear instructions to the Billing and eBilling teams and working with them to support accurate entry and ongoing compliance with agreed terms. Supporting the annual client rate review process, including preparing data, tracking required updates, identifying exceptions and helping ensure agreed annual rate changes are implemented accurately and on time. Monitoring multi-year pricing agreements to identify scheduled rate changes, review dates, step-ups, promotional adjustments and other pricing actions required during the term of the agreement. Preparing analysis and modelling for upcoming agreement renewals, expiries or pricing reviews, and escalating key issues, risks or opportunities to Pricing Managers for consideration. Maintaining, identifying and improving rates and pricing data quality, process documentation, templates and reporting to support consistent, efficient and reliable pricing operations.
