Sarai inserito/a in un team giovane e dinamico, lavorerai con tecnologie innovative in ambito HXM, nello specifico SAP SuccessFactors, per supportare i nostri clienti nel loro processo di HR Digital Transformation. Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità? Soddisfare le richieste del Business ed anticiparne le esigenze sfruttando le potenzialità di SAP SuccessFactors; Gestire in autonomia gli stream progettuali o gli ambiti di manutenzione nei quali verrai coinvolto/a; Configurare le soluzioni SuccessFactors; Essere il principale riferimento per le risorse più junior. Qualifiche e competenze richieste: Hai un'esperienza da 5 anni a salire anni su attività in ambito SuccessFactors; Hai un’esperienza implementativa di almeno un modulo SuccessFactors; Possiedi una forte propensione al lavoro in Team e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi; Hai una forte propensione per l’innovazione in ambito Human Experience; Preferenziale: la conoscenza di SAP WorkZone; Preferenziale: possiedi almeno una certificazione in moduli come ONB, REC.
