Apoiar o time de desenvolvimento no esclarecimento de regras de negócio durante as sprints. Elaborar e executar roteiros de testes funcionais e homologação com usuários. Apoiar treinamentos, manuais e materiais de implantação. Registrar e acompanhar demandas, bugs e melhorias nas ferramentas de gestão do projeto. Esperamos que você tenha: 😊 Formação técnica completa ou superior em andamento em Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Primeira experiência (estágio ou efetivo) com análise de requisitos, análise de negócios ou sustentação de sistemas. Noções de modelagem de processos (BPMN) e escrita de histórias de usuário. Conhecimento básico em SQL para consultas e validação de dados. Familiaridade com ferramentas como Jira, Azure DevOps ou similares. Vivência ou conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum e Kanban). Boa comunicação oral e escrita, com capacidade de organizar informações de forma clara. Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente 2x por semana em Alphaville.
