Work side-by-side with an experienced and approved Farmers Agent Mentor, learning the business from the ground up! You’ll gain real-world experience in sales, marketing, operations, and leadership while building the skills and confidence needed to run your own agency.

Requirements
What You Bring
- Active Property & Casualty General Lines in Texas
- Personal Lines experience as well as commercial is preferred
- Life & Health Licenses with Life Insurance sales experience is preferred
- Insurance sales experience preferred (successful sales people track their numbers, be prepared to share what you track)
