Job Description: Project Execution: Plan, coordinate, and manage the daily activities of the project, ensuring that it progresses smoothly and stays on schedule. Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and making adjustments as needed to avoid budgetary overruns. Quality Control: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards, conducting regular reviews to maintain compliance with specifications. Work Planning & Coordination: Plan and coordinate work based on project plans, change orders, shop drawings, subcontracts, and purchase orders. Monitor monthly pay estimates and ensure alignment with project goals. Team Supervision: Oversee and guide project teams, ensuring that all roles and responsibilities are clear and that team members have the support needed to meet deadlines. Risk Management: Proactively identify risks that may affect project outcomes, implementing strategies to mitigate potential disruptions. Communicate preventative action plans and implement solutions to keep the project on track. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress, risks, and potential impacts. Maintain open communication with clients and team members.
