Tu función principal será garantizar la continuidad, seguridad y eficiencia de nuestra flota ferroviaria en tiempo real en nuestros trenes de viajeros y mercancías. Serás el corazón del Centro de Control, tomando decisiones para minimizar el impacto de las incidencias y asegurar que nuestros viajeros y mercancías lleguen a su destino a tiempo. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Monitorización en tiempo real: Seguimiento de la circulación de los trenes y supervisión del cumplimiento de los planes de transporte, coordinado con los diferentes stakeholders. Gestión de incidencias: Coordinación inmediata ante averías técnicas, retrasos o contingencias en la infraestructura, colaborando estrechamente con ADIF y otros actores. Asignación de recursos: Gestión operativa de material rodante y personal de conducción/bordo ante cambios en el servicio. Comunicación interna: Reporte directo a los departamentos de mantenimiento, comercial y seguridad. Atención al personal de línea: Soporte técnico y operativo a maquinistas, personal a bordo, personal de maniobras, servicios internos, etc. ¿Qué buscamos? Formación: FP de Grado Superior con experiencia relevante. Experiencia: Mínimo un año en centros de control de transporte (ferroviario, aéreo o logística crítica) o posiciones de índole similar. Habilidades: Alta capacidad de resolución de problemas bajo presión y visión analítica. Disponibilidad: Imprescindible flexibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos H24 (incluyendo fines de semana y festivos). ¿Qué ofrecemos?
