Gestión de licitaciones: Análisis de pliegos, revisión técnica y coordinación completa del proceso de licitación. Propuestas comerciales: Redacción y diseño de propuestas técnicas competitivas, enfocadas en el sector ferroviario (rail). Estudios económicos y de viabilidad: Elaboración de planes de negocio, análisis de demanda y cálculo de asignación de recursos. Análisis operativo y logístico: Evaluación de la operativa ferroviaria, viabilidad de explotación y diseño de cadenas logísticas multimodales. Control y reporting: Seguimiento de KPIs, desarrollo de herramientas de datos e informes periódicos para la dirección. Relaciones institucionales y con stakeholders: Interlocución con clientes, proveedores y organismos públicos, y representación en foros y eventos del sector. ¿Qué necesitamos de ti? Grado en Ingeniería industrial, civil, etc. Experiencia previa de 3 años en puestos similares del sector Rail. Nivel medio/alto de inglés. Perfil organizado, resolutivo, con capacidad de planificación y orientación al detalle. ¿Qué te ofrecemos? Un proyecto retador en una empresa multinacional en expansión, con contrato indefinido.
