The Role: Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. This posting is specifically for our home in Umina Beach. Your day-to-day may include: Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & in your own vehicle) Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism Building positive relationships with our clients What You'll Bring: We are looking for candidates who embody CPA values, are client-focused in their approach to care, and are passionate about the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities.
