Responsibilities and Main Tasks Accounts Receivable MSP & RPO Billing Operations: Independent execution of MSP billing Processing of RPO billing Manual transfer of MSP and RPO invoices into customer and service provider portals (Tungsten, Ariba, etc.) Sending invoices and maintaining e-invoicing systems in the service provider portal Creation and processing of VMS rebates Self-billing & Special Billing: Processing of Twago self-billing Creation of freelancer fees, recharges, and platform costs for Twago Master Data Maintenance & System Administration: Creation of suppliers and customers in SAP and third-party portals, incl. verification of bank confirmations and master data Creation of WBS elements in the system Maintenance of internal revenue lists, reports, and checklists Consolidated Supplier Invoicing Verification of co-supplier invoices for accuracy based on existing descriptions Extracting lists from billing systems for further processing of provided invoices Merging and forwarding checked co-supplier invoices to our customers Documentation of forwarded invoices to verify completeness Creation of invoices for our service (coli fee) Creation of Cash Collection Fee invoices Preparing revenue reporting for our sales organization Support in providing numbers for month-end closing General Participation in regular alignment meetings between Germany and India Decision-making Authorities and Powers of Attorney Power of Attorney: None Customer-related: None Employee-related (MiK): None Internal: Signature: None Job Evaluation Grade 13 Requirements Profile Education: Successfully completed commercial vocational training or degree in Finance/Accounting. Job Experience: Several years of professional experience in invoicing, accounts payable / accounts receivable accounting, or in invoicing Core Requirements: : Good accounting knowledge Solid knowledge in using ERP systems as well as customer/service provider portals Good knowledge of SAP SD Proficient in Google Workspace Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and list maintenance Very good written and spoken English skills (main language of communication with the German team) Strong communication skills as well as an independent, structured, and team-oriented working style High diligence, attention to detail, logical thinking, and reliability in handling confidential financial data Solution-oriented thinking and acting Technical understanding of accounting processes should be present Very good understanding of numbers High willingness to learn and motivation for continuous professional development A high degree of service orientation and customer focus Used to strong communication skills and working independently as well as in a team Assertiveness and confident presence Commitment and flexibility Process-compliant working style due to requirements for a payment service provider Additional requirements: Adaptation of working hours to German office hours Is this the job for you?
