Key Areas of Responsibilities Provide support to HRBP and TA Team on the initial candidate sourcing and job posting across various recruitment channels in Hong Kong. Organize and participate in university career fairs, campus recruitment talks, summer internship programmes and related recruitment campaigns. Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring data to provide insights and support TA strategies and decision-making. Monitor and track recruitment metrics, maintain data accuracy, and support regular management reporting. Assist to review job descriptions as well as doing write-ups for promotion articles Participate in candidate database system implementation, including data migration and UAT testing support. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on employers branding initiatives Maintain an organized candidate database and recruitment tracker, ensuring accurate records and reporting. Provide ad hoc HR administration support to the HRBP and TA team as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Human Resources, Communications, Financial Services, or a related field. Ideally with 1-2 years HR experience within financial institution or multinational corporation. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and a good team player. Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin. A proactive self-starter, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
