Key Areas of Responsibilities Event Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate access events, including roadshows, investor conferences, and non-deal roadshows Scheduling and Logistics: Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics for corporate clients and institutional investors participating in events Communication Facilitation: Act as a point of contact for corporate clients and institutional investors, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any queries or concerns Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of corporate access activities, including participant lists, meeting notes, and follow-up actions Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as research analysts, sales teams, and investor relations to ensure seamless coordination and maximize opportunities for corporate access Market Research: Assist in gathering market intelligence, investor sentiment, and industry trends to support the corporate access team in providing valuable insights to clients Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations summarizing the outcomes and feedback from corporate access events, highlighting key takeaways and recommendations Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate access, investor relations, or event coordination within financial services Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines Excellent bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English (both written and spoken) for liaising with regional stakeholders Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint) for data management and reporting Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Research, Sales, Compliance) in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of APAC equity markets and institutional investor landscape Stay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities Not the right fit?
