Your internship at RCGT: a truly human experience You’ll be involved in various aspects of developing and executing M&A and corporate finance transactions. On a daily basis, you’ll collaborate with the core team to: Conduct a wide range of research and industry analyses; Assist in preparing presentations for potential clients (“pitches”); Help prepare documentation required to present opportunities to potential buyers, investors, and lenders, including teasers and confidential information memorandums (“CIMs”); Research and identify potential strategic and financial buyers and investors; Capture and analyze collected data and present information in the appropriate format for its intended purpose. Your qualifications, skills, and strengths: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (in progress or completed); No professional experience required; Strong financial/analytical skills in corporate finance and accounting; Strong work ethic and high motivation; Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and knowledge of financial market tools such as Bloomberg and Capital IQ; Strong interpersonal skills.
