About the Role Basic Purpose of this job : Currently the position involves electrical and mechanical routine and preventive maintenance and repair of machines and plant building. Shift: 3rd Pay: $23.00/hour + 10% Shift Differential Top 5 Skills and Abilities: • Ability to perform all tasks listed above to the Company’s expectations. • Must be currently eligible and authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing indefinite basis. • Ability to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work. • Must be able to continuously meet the Company’s production requirements. • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with continuous interruptions. • Must have good oral and written communication and organizational skills. Top 5 Actual Tasks: • Perform preventive service on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment. • Trouble shoot and repair mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment when requested. • Read prints, identify needed parts, check availability of parts, and order when necessary. • Refill oil and coolants as needed in the course of working on equipment. • Assure all equipment is functioning properly before leaving assigned task.
