What you will be doing Monitor payment file imports, processing, and execution. Respond to client inquiries regarding current, past, and future payment execution. Support job scheduling and monitoring in a production environment. Research and resolve user, system, and processing issues. Follow escalation procedures and meet service level agreements. Coordinate testing of application, system, and process changes. Contribute to operational improvements and automation initiatives. Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity procedures. Provide internal training and documentation. What you bring: Customer service experience (2+ years preferred). Mainframe and/or open systems knowledge. Experience with production control tools. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
