Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' communication skills and formulate personalized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions for individuals with speech and communication disorders.
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making necessary adjustments in therapy techniques and goals.

- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior speech therapists and other team members.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Speech Therapist.
- Valid license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Expertise in assessing and treating a range of speech and communication disorders.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
