Organize and optimize maintenance schedules based on urgency and geographic locations, assigning tasks to appropriate technicians to ensure immediate resolution. Oversee daily schedules, efficiently manage cancellations, and provide real-time updates to technicians regarding calendar adjustments. Prioritize maintenance scheduling in response to critical breakdowns, dispatching senior technicians to ensure rapid and effective resolution. Monitor pending job orders and coordinate new service appointments immediately upon the arrival of required spare parts. Maintain organized physical and digital archives of all job orders and related documentation. Perform additional duties as assigned and communicated. Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field. 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related field. SAP Experience/Knowledge. Computer skills – full awareness of MS applications.
