Deine Aufgaben: · Umsetzung des monatlichen Forecasts in Bestellungen · Pflege sowie Ausbau der Zusammenarbeit mit bestehenden und neuen Lieferanten · Beobachtung relevanter Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsmärkte in der zugeordneten Region · Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios der betreuten Lieferanten · Mitwirkung bei Produktstudien zur Vorbereitung der Einführung neuer Produkte · Überwachung der Verfügbarkeit kritischer Produkte · Mitarbeit bei der Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufsprozessen und Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) · Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von ERP- und Warenwirtschaftssystemen (z. B. MS NAV) im Einkaufsumfeld · Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Einkaufs- und Systemprozesse Dein Profil: · Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Chemie oder Pharma · Erste Kenntnisse des Pharma-Marktes, insbesondere im Bereich Re-Importe und Importe, sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung · Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Warenwirtschafts- bzw. ERP-Systemen (z. B.
