Responsibilities
- Install and configure CCTV cameras, control systems, and other surveillance equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of CCTV systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV systems.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on the operation of CCTV systems.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and service requests.
- Collaborate with other departments and security personnel to recommend enhancements for security protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in surveillance systems.
Requirements
- Technical diploma or certification in Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in installing and maintaining CCTV systems.
- Strong knowledge of different types of CCTV systems and surveillance technologies.
- Experience with IP cameras, video management systems, and networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and installation manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
