We are looking for a driven and proactive Digital Coordinator with focus on content and SEO to join our Nordic Digital & E-commerce team. This is a temporary position running from December 1, 2026, to January 31, 2028. In this role, you will play a key part in driving organic growth across our Nordic websites by optimizing content for both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences. You will work closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams to maintain our e-commerce platform, improve website visibility, and ensure a best-in-class digital customer journey. Key Responsibilities SEO & Website Management Drive on-page SEO optimization across Nordic websites by conducting keyword research, creating and optimizing high-quality content, and continuously improving search performance in line with user intent and business objectives. Support the ongoing development and maintenance of our e-commerce platform, including website updates, issue resolution, and content management. Implement and maintain website articles and landing pages within the CMS while ensuring SEO and content quality standards are met. Optimize and format images and digital assets for web publishing. Manage and coordinate smaller digital projects, including content rollouts across all Nordic market websites. Business Support Support the Marketing team with finance-related activities Coordinate and maintain product e-learning materials, ensuring training content remains accurate, relevant, and up to date. Who You Are You are self-driven and enjoy taking ownership and turning ideas into action. You have a practical mindset and are comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholders. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience working with SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, and website performance improvements. Experience working with CMS tools. Photoshop or equivalent image-editing skills. A strong understanding of today's digital landscape, customer journeys, and digital marketing best practices. Native-level Swedish language skills. Strong written and spoken English skills.
