Our two-year Graduate Development Program (GDP) is designed to accelerate your growth — combining hands-on project experience with structured learning, mentoring, and exposure across teams and disciplines. Once completed, successful Graduates move along our Career Pathways, transitioning to their Professional title (either ‘Graduate’ or ‘Scientist’ depending on the technical discipline) and then onwards. Contribute to the delivery of real projects by supporting design development, including drawings, models and technical documentation Assist with engineering calculations and analysis across areas such as roads, drainage or structures under guidance from senior engineers Participate in site visits and inspections to develop an understanding of how designs are implemented on live projects Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate design inputs and support project delivery milestones Learn and apply industry standards, tools and best practice through structured development and on-the-job experience About You You’re a motivated Civil Engineering graduate who enjoys problem-solving, working in teams, and contributing to real-world projects.
