Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline. Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage. Must have at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in bridge design and engineering. Strong experience in bridge structural analysis, detailed design, and design review of bridge projects. Knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and design practices. Proficiency in engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MIDAS, STAAD, ETABS, or similar tools. Experience in preparing and reviewing engineering calculations, technical reports, drawings, and design documentation is preferred. Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and coordination with clients and multidisciplinary teams is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to support projects across various locations as required.
