About the role We are currently looking for a Construction Management Specialist who will support the effective implementation and supervision of project activities in accordance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Full responsibility for overall implementation and management of the contracts under the project between Employer & the Contractors. Provide advice and direction to the technical groups of the multi-disciplinary team of the Consultant. Prepare project plan, schedules and time framework and publications of reports. Coordinate Employer, Contractor and Consultant interfaces Monitor scope, cost, quality, progress and compliance Manage claims, variations, EOTs and other contractual matters About You: He/she should have bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Preferably master's degree or equivalent in relevant fields He/she should have about 12 years international management experience and sufficient experience in the field of contract management. He/she should have working experience as Team Leader in minimum 5 projects among which at least 2 assignments of similar EPC/ Trunkey or FIDIC Silver book projects.
