About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Highway Engineer – Design Reviewer to support a major highway infrastructure project in Timor-Leste. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying highway design submissions, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, technical specifications, applicable standards, and project objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with expertise in Highway roads or equivalent Have a minimum of 15 years of cumulative experience in Civil Engineering and thereof a minimum of 10 years related to the final design of Highway roads for construction at site. Have served in a similar capacity on at least 2 Highway Road design projects of similar nature. Preferably a full-time employee of the PMC since at least 2 years.
