Japon, spécialisée dans la distribution de pièces détachées et accessoires cycles et pêche, recherche un(e) RESPONSABLE SAV (H/F) dans la région Hauts-de-France (Arras) en CDI. Rattaché au Responsable du Service Clients, vos missions consistent principalement à encadrer les collaborateurs du service et être l’interface entre Shimano Europe et nos clients. The Challenge Vos responsabilités : Traitement des réparations, colis et prises en garanties : Manager l’équipe SAV pour faire prendre en charge les prises de garantie et réparations de nos clients de A à Z (réception, tri, prestation, communication, réexpédition), en tenant compte des priorités établies par la société, en établissant l’organisation du service, en s’assurant du respect des process établis, et en s’assurant des conditions de traitement. Prendre à sa charge le suivi des cas importants et ou litigieux de service après-vente, selon la procédure dédiée, en collaboration directe avec Shimano Europe Participer activement aux réunions internes (Shimano France et Shimano Europe en langue anglaise) sur le suivi et l’évolution du fonctionnement du SAV Traitement des appels et des réclamations clients : S’assurer de la disponibilité des techniciens pour répondre au téléphone selon le planning à définir, faire consulter et traiter régulièrement les messages laissés sur la messagerie vocale et les courriels afin de fournir renseignements techniques, aide au dépannage, informations sur cas en court. Rapporter et remonter les problèmes récurrents importants et en informer le responsable de service Formations, événements, visites et déplacements : Participer activement, pour votre équipe et pour vous, aux réunions commerciales et ou techniques, événements, formations et manifestations professionnelles selon les procédures et règles internes Visiter, pour votre équipe et pour vous, les clients avec les commerciaux pour veiller au mieux sur les besoins du marché et de nos clients selon les instructions et directives du responsable. Formation et profil : De formation Bac + 3 et plus à orientation technique avec une expérience managériale impérative. Vous êtes orienté clients, rigoureux, autonome, curieux de nature, savez communiquer avec les autres et capable de gérer de multiples informations quotidiennes Vous maîtrisez le pack office (en particulier Excel) et êtes habitués à utiliser un ERP type SAP, un CRM type Salesforce. Vous maîtrisez l’anglais (lu, écrit, parlé, minimum B2). Idéalement, vous avez un goût prononcé pour les sports outdoor What are we looking for?
