Este profissional será responsável pelo crescimento sustentável do negócio, aumento de volumes, rentabilidade e relacionamento com clientes, sempre em conformidade com os padrões de segurança e o Código de Conduta da Air Products. Suas principais responsabilidades serão: Prospectar e contratar novos clientes. Manter e desenvolver a carteira de clientes ativos, incluindo renovações contratuais. Atingir metas da região. Atuar em conjunto com outras equipes no desenvolvimento de novas oportunidades. Apoiar a equipe de cobrança em casos de inadimplência. Manter conhecimento técnico atualizado sobre produtos, aplicações e serviços da empresa. Conduzir negociações comerciais com base nos contratos e suas cláusulas. Mapear o mercado da região de atuação. Requisitos Formação: Ensino Superior completo, preferencialmente em Engenharia ou Administração de Empresas. Experiência anterior em vendas B2B, desejável mercado de gases, aplicações e linha de produtos. CNH B Pacote Office Inglês básico Disponibilidade de viagens.
