Reimagine What’s Possible  Location: multiple locations We are looking for an Energy Analyst Europe to join our European Energy team. In this role, you will provide market analysis, forecasting, and data-driven insights to support the European Energy Team in energy strategy and operational decision-making across Europe. Working closely with operations and business teams, you will help optimize energy performance, support renewable energy initiatives, and contribute to our sustainability+ and decarbonization goals. What you will do Provide energy market analysis, forecasting, reporting, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making. Identify opportunities to optimize energy costs, efficiency, and carbon performance across European operations. Support energy procurement, renewable energy projects, and energy risk management initiatives. Monitor energy market and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business. Develop dashboards, models, and performance insights to drive continuous improvement and support business decisions. Collaborate with operations and other cross-functional stakeholders to implement energy strategies and deliver operational improvements. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in an economic, engineering, or other relevant discipline. Experience in European energy markets, energy procurement, and risk management. A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and business insights. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, and/or Python. The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive topics forward in a dynamic environment. A collaborative approach and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across operations, engineering, procurement, and sustainability teams. Curiosity and eagerness to develop technical knowledge of industrial production processes and energy systems. Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
