The Customer Service Rep I will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers insurance questions and will deliver a quality customer service experience that builds rapport and long-term relationships to encourage renewal/repeat business. Bilingual in English/Spanish required Property/Casualty Insurance License required 2 or more years of insurance sales/service experience required Demonstrated job stability and attendance records Remote working experience a plus Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $21.50/hour - $23.00/hour based on the candidate's experience, education. Hours of Monday - Friday. *In addition to regular hourly pay, there is an annual Performance Bonus Potential.
