The successful applicant will be an integral part of our dynamic Employment Practice Group in Dublin. The role will entail work with all levels in the team.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have in the region of 2 - 4 years’ relevant PQE within a large, medium or boutique corporate law firm
- Self-motivated and outcome focused
- Collaborative team player with the ability to develop and work in a dynamic, intellectually rigorous environment
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to present at client seminars, conferences and workshops
- Keen interest in legal knowledge, learning and development, and business development initiatives
- Ability to think creatively and strategically and to drive innovation and change
- Ability to establish credibility with, effectively engage with, and influence diverse teams of senior individuals
- Enthusiasm and a desire to make an impact
