In order to strengthen our Finance department with additional expertise, we are currently looking for a "Senior Group Reporting & Consolidation Specialist" for our office in Brussels. Responsibilities As Senior Group Reporting & Consolidation Specialist, you will take ownership of the Group consolidation process and support the production of accurate monthly and annual financial reporting. You will act as a key business partner for local finance teams across Africa while helping strengthen reporting processes, financial governance, and data quality across the Group. Financial Consolidation & Reporting Lead monthly and annual consolidation activities ; Consolidate the financial statements of more than 20 legal entities into Belgian GAAP standards ; Prepare and maintain consolidation schedules and supporting documentation ; Analyze consolidated financial performance, balance sheet movements, and cash flow variations ; Financial Data Quality & Reconciliation Perform validation checks on financial data before consolidation ; Manage intercompany reconciliations and elimination processes ; Investigate reporting discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with local finance teams ; Audit & Financial Controls Support internal and external audit activities ; Prepare requested documentation and financial information ; Master Data Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and reporting standards ; Maintain Chart of Accounts mappings and reporting structures ; Manage finance master data across related systems ; Support finance users on reporting tools and financial systems ; Maintain reporting procedures and documentation. Profile Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ; 8 to 10 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, accounting, or financial controlling ; Fluent French and English are required ; Proven experience working in an international and multi-entity environment ; Experience with ERP and consolidation tools is highly desirable ; Advanced Excel skills ; Experience with LucaNet, Microsoft Navision, and/or Business Central is a strong advantage ; Solid analytical and financial modelling capabilities ; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ; Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cultures and countries.
