The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist I is responsible for onboarding new clients and implementing Treasury Management products and services. This role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure a successful implementation of treasury services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Open new commercial accounts. · Manage multiple implementation requests simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion. · Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required business documentation. · Prepare agreements and new account documentation relative to Treasury Management services. · Work directly with clients to obtain signatures for new and existing Treasury Management services. · Implement products and services for new and existing TM customers. · Facilitate training to clients on all Treasury Management products and services. · Complete Account Analysis for new implementation requests. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Skills Ability to follow internal policies and procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment · Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Education and/or Experience · High School Diploma or equivalent. · 1-2 years of applicable banking experience, Treasury Management experience preferred. · Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
