Internal Research Projects: Conduct research to evaluate industry trends and best practices, which can inform decisions within the division, providing valuable insights to your teammates. Skills Needed: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Logistics/Transportation, Management, or Supply Chain. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are crucial to convey ideas and collaborate effectively with your team. Problem-Solving Mindset: A knack for thinking creatively and approaching challenges with an analytical perspective will set you apart. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of tools like Excel, Word, and any project management software will be advantageous.
